Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation invites artists working in the field of Art like Drawing, Painting, Digital, Illustration, Sculpture, Photography, and Art & Crafts to participate in the 'Passion Explosion' annual group art exhibition. 'Passion Explosion' is a powerful rostrum that proffers artists an opportunity to furnish themselves. So we are here to provide a better platform for the students and other artists to exhibit their art in any form.

Registration Procedure Rules of the Exhibition How to Pay

Registration Procedure

You can participate in the categories given below
Drawing, Painting, Digital, Illustration, Sculpture, Photography, Art & Craft
The image of your artwork has to be uploaded at the time of registration for approval.
Information regarding approval will be given to you within 2 days after registration.
After approval register your name by paying Rs.500/-.

The balance amount can be paid by 31st May 2024.
Submit your original work by the stipulated date.
10% Discount is Available for NSACO Members.

Rules of the Exhibition

A minimum age of 18 years is required to participate in 'Passion Explosion' 2024.
The last date for registration is May, 20th 2024 (Monday).
Registration will be accepted online only.
The information given by you should be complete and true.
The artwork should be bonafide original work.
All paintings should be framed in a good way.
The maximum size for exhibit paintings will be 60.96 cm x 91.44 cm (24 x 36 Inches).
Maximum size for group work of 24 x 36 inches.
25% extra will be charged for above 24 x 36 up to 36 x 48 inches.
Courier charges will be paid by the artist only.
Participants will be responsible for any damage or damage caused to the artwork sent by courier or post.
The organisation will not be responsible for any damage of the painting during courier or post.
All the original artwork for the exhibition should be submitted between the 5th to 10th June 2024.
Collect your artwork from the gallery on the last day of the exhibition after the end of the program, otherwise, organisation is not responsible for your artwork.
Participation fees will not be refundable / adjustable in any condition.
