The All India Craft Competition 'Shilp Aakar' is organising by Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation.
Selection Committee
The panel of the selection committee for the competition is composed of senior professionals of art & crafts. The selection committee is responsible for the judgment of participant's works and committee decisions in each round of the competition will be final.
Eligibilities
The minimum age of 18 years is eligible to participate in the All India Craft Competition
Who Can Participate
- All professional artists, school-college teachers and students, academics, students of art & craft institutes, and art lovers, anybody who has an Inclination for art & craft.
- Members of the 'Selection Committee' are not allowed to participate.

'Shilp Aakar'
You can do any creativity by craft, which is in your hands with new innovative ideas and which prove you are different from others.
Essential Rules for Craft Work
The craft-work should be original and recent. It should not be a copy of any other craft-work. The submitted work should be made of its own and should not have been submitted in any other competition before and after this competition.
Craft Work Size
There is no size limit for craft Work.
Medium to be Used
You Can Choose Any Medium
Registration Procedure
- Fill the Online Registration Form with all necessary and required details.
- The image of your craft-work has to be uploaded at the time of registration.
- There is no participation fee for 'NSAC Members' to participate in the All India Craft Competition.
- Those who do not have NSAC membership will have to Pay a Participation Fee of Rs 150/- to participate in the competition.
- Read all the rules related to the 'All India Craft Competition' carefully before participating.
- The information given by you should be complete and true.
- The last date for submission is October 31st, 2022 (Monday).
- Registration can accept through online only.
- You can also apply for Life Time Membership of NSAC
Selection Process
- 50 craft-works will be short-listed by the selection committee out of all over entries.
- 20 works out of the short-listed craft-works will be nominated for the final round.
- The winners will be selected out of 20 nominated craft-works.
- All the participants & winners will get the information through our website www.artNculture.org
Declaration of Result
The result will be declared on November 27th, 2022 (Sunday).

- 1st Prize : 11,000/-
+ Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers + Exhibit Work on Gallery
- 2nd Prize : 5,100/-
+ Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers + Exhibit Work on Gallery
- 3rd Prize : 3,100/-
+ Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers + Exhibit Work on Gallery
- Consolation Prizes (3) : 1,100/-

For Winners
- Top 20 Nominated Artists Get an Opportunity to Participate in Group Exhibition on the National Level (Free of Cost)
- Winners may not request substitutions of prizes. All winners are solely responsible for any kind of taxes or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
- It is compulsory to attend the prize distribution function for all the winners, otherwise, the prize will be canceled.
Participation Certificate
- Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.
- The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to the participants on their registered email.
- The delivery of a hard copy of the certificate will start from 1st December 2022 through courier or post.
- The delivery of certificates through courier may take time depending on the situation, for this participants will have to Patience.
Artwork Submission (Only for Top 6 Nominated Participants)
- It is compulsory to submit original craft-work of the top 6 nominated participants to the organisation committee by the given due date.
- Submit your craft-work personally or send through registered mail, courier to the following address:

- Do not send your craft-work in a glass frame by courier or registered mail, it may break on the way.
- While sending the craft-work by courier or post, the participants will have to pay the courier or postage charges.
- Participants disqualified at any time for any reason shall have no claim for any “Rewards”.
Copyrights
- The submitted winner's craft-work is considered as the organiser's properties and there will be no claim by any winner for the craft-work presented in the 'All India Craft Competition - Shilp Aakar'
- By handing over the craft-work to the organizer, you represent and warrant that the material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, property right, the privacy of a person or right of publicity, or any right of any third party. And has full and unrestricted right to transfer the contents of 'Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation' free of any claims or encroachments and clear too.
- The organisation is not liable for any legal responsibilities due to artists’ negligence.
Miscellaneous
- Upon submission of their registration or works, participants acknowledge the validity of the rules & regulations.
- Participants must follow the organiser's arrangement; Otherwise, the organiser has the right to withdraw the prize eligibility of the participants
- Those who have copied the actions of others will themselves be responsible or accountable.
- The decisions of the selection committee will be final, and no appeal will be taken.
- The competition organisation committee has the ultimate authority to interpret the rules and regulations and has the right to make any changes to them as necessary.
- Any changes to the rules and regulations of the competition will be updated on the organisation's website www.artNculture.org
- The organisation will not be responsible for any loss of artifacts due to natural calamities like floods, erosion of the earth, etc.
