Registration Procedure

You can participate in the following categories:
Drawing, Painting, Digital Art, Illustration, Sculpture, Printmaking, Photography, Installation, and Arts & Crafts.
Upload a clear image of your artwork at the time of registration for approval.
You will receive approval status within 3 days of registration.
After approval, register your name by paying Rs 500/- only.

The remaining amount can be paid on or before 28th December 2025.
Submit your original work by the deadline.

Please read all the Rules and Regulations of the 'art N art Exhibition' carefully before participating.

Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition

The minimum age required to participate in the 'art N art Exhibition' 2026 is 18 years.
The last date for registration is December 28th, 2025 (Sunday).
Registrations will be accepted online only.
All information provided by the participant must be complete and accurate.
The submitted artwork must be the participant’s original creation.
All paintings must be properly framed.
The maximum size for individual exhibit paintings is 60.96 cm x 91.44 cm (24 x 36 inches).
The maximum combined size for group works is also 24 x 36 inches.
An additional 25% fee will be charged for works exceeding 24 x 36 inches, up to 36 x 48 inches.
Courier charges will be paid by the artist only.
Participants will be responsible for any damage to the artwork during transit via courier or post.
The organisation will not be responsible for any damage caused by natural events or during courier/post transit.
All original artworks for the exhibition must be submitted between January 5th to 12th, 2026.
Collect your artworks from the gallery on the last day of the exhibition after the end of the program, otherwise organisation is not responsible for your artworks.
Participation fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
