Competition Theme / Topic
'KALA AUR KALAKAR'

Art is not just a combination of colours and imagination; it is the true identity of an artist. Every artist is recognised and remembered through their art, as their creativity reflects their emotions, thoughts, passion, and vision towards life and society.

The theme ‘Kala Aur Kalakar’ encourages artists to express the beauty of art along with the emotions, dedication, and imagination of the artist behind it. Participants may create a painting that beautifully portrays the relationship between art and the artist, and reflects how creativity inspires people and brings meaning to society.

Since ancient times, art has served as a mirror of society. An artist’s imagination holds the power to inspire change, awaken emotions, spread positivity, and connect people through creativity. Through this theme, artists are invited to present their inner feelings, artistic journey, cultural values, imagination, and social vision on canvas through colours and artistic expression.

This theme offers artists the freedom to create meaningful artwork that not only showcases artistic beauty but also expresses the soul, emotions, and purpose behind the creation of art.
