All India Painting Competition 'Kala Bolti Hai'

Every year Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation organise national level painting competition for all professional artists, school-college's teachers and students, academics, students of fine arts institutes, and art lovers, who are 18 years or above. The purpose of this competition has been to eliminate the discrimination of every class from our society and to awaken the spirit of unity. For this, every year we provide a new theme to the artists, in which the artist brings his/her feelings and imagination on the canvas through colors. This year's theme is 'Kala Bolti Hai', in which you can paint your imagination on canvas, paper or board, etc. and give a beautiful message to society through your painting. The winners of this competition get cash prizes, trophies, scholarships, award certificates as well as a chance to display their artwork in the national level art exhibition.

'KALA BOLTI HAI'
As an artist, you should display your imagination on canvas in such a way that you do not need to describe your painting, anyone who sees your painting can easily understand what you want to say through your painting.

Participation Fee
  • For NSAC Members : Entry Free
  • Other Participants : Rs 200/-
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years is Eligible to Participate.
  • All professional artists, school-college teachers and students, academics, students of fine arts institutes, and art lovers, anybody who has an Inclination for painting.
  • Members of the 'Selection Committee' are not allowed to participate.
Artwork Size
The painting must be between a minimum of 12 X 18 inches to a maximum of 36 X 48 inches.
Medium to be Used
  • You can choose any medium
  • You can use only Ivory Sheet, Cartridge Sheet or Canvas for surface
  • Glitter or decoration material cannot be pasted or used in artwork

The All India Painting Competition 'Kala Bolti Hai' is organising by Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation.
Selection Committee
The panel of the selection committee for the competition is composed of senior professionals of fine arts. The selection committee is responsible for the judgment of participant's works and committee decisions in each round of the competition will be final.

The minimum age of 18 years is eligible to participate in the All India Painting Competition
Who Can Participate
  • All professional artists, school-college teachers and students, academics, students of fine arts institutes, and art lovers, anybody who has an Inclination for painting.
  • Members of the 'Selection Committee' are not allowed to participate.
Theme / Topic of Competition
'Kala Bolti Hai'
In the topic of 'Kala Bolti Hai' as an artist, you can bring your imagination on the canvas in such a way that you do not need to describe your painting, whoever sees your painting can easily read the message or story hidden in it.
Essential Rules for Artwork
The artwork should be original and recent. It should not be a copy of any painting. The submitted work should be made of its own and should not have been submitted in any other competition before this competition.

The painting must be between a minimum of 12 X 18 inches to a maximum of 36 X 48 inches.

  • Coloured paper, glitter, decoration material, etc. cannot be paste or used in artwork
Registration Procedure
  • Fill the Online Registration Form with all necessary and required details.
  • The image of your artwork has to be uploaded at the time of registration.
  • There is no participation fee for 'NSAC Members' to participate in the All India Painting Competition.
  • Those who do not have NSAC membership will have to Pay a Participation Fee of Rs 200/- to participate in the competition.

Selection Process
  • 50 artworks will be short-listed by the selection committee out of all over entries.
  • 20 works out of the short-listed artworks will be nominated for the final round.
  • The winners will be selected out of 20 nominated artworks.

For Winners
  • Top 20 Nominated Artists Get an Opportunity to Participate in Group Exhibition on the National Level (Free of Cost)
  • Winners may not request substitutions of prizes. All winners are solely responsible for any kind of taxes or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
  • It is compulsory to attend the prize distribution function for all the winners, otherwise, the prize will be canceled.
Participation Certificate
  • Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.
  • The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to the participants on their registered email.
  • The delivery of a hard copy of the certificate will start from 12th March 2022 through courier or post.
  • The delivery of certificates through courier may take time depending on the situation, for this participants will have to Patience.
Artwork Submission (Only for Top 6 Nominated Participants)
  • It is compulsory to submit original artworks of the top 6 nominated participants to the organisation committee by the given due date.
  • Submit your artwork personally or send through registered mail, courier to the following address:

  • Do not send your artwork in a glass frame by courier or registered mail, it may break on the way.
  • While sending the painting by courier or post, the participants will have to pay the courier or postage charges.
  • Participants disqualified at any time for any reason shall have no claim for any “Rewards”.
Copyrights
  • The submitted winner's artwork is considered as the organiser's qualities and there will be no claim by any winner for the artwork presented in the 'All India Painting Competition - Kala Bolti Hai'
  • By handing over the artwork to the organizer, you represent and warrant that the material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, property right, the privacy of a person or right of publicity, or any right of any third party. And has full and unrestricted right to transfer the contents of 'Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation' free of any claims or encroachments and clear too.
  • The organisation is not liable for any legal responsibilities due to artists’ negligence.
Miscellaneous
  • Upon submission of their registration or works, participants acknowledge the validity of the rules & regulations.
  • Participants must follow the organiser's arrangement; Otherwise, the organiser has the right to withdraw the prize eligibility of the participants
  • Those who have copied the actions of others will themselves be responsible or accountable.
  • The decisions of the selection committee will be final, and no appeal will be taken.
  • The competition organisation committee has the ultimate authority to interpret the rules and regulations and has the right to make any changes to them as necessary.
  • Any changes to the rules and regulations of the competition will be updated on the organisation's website www.artNculture.org
  • The organisation will not be responsible for any loss of artifacts due to natural calamities like floods, erosion of the earth, etc.
NSAC Membership is a unique lifetime membership offered by Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation to its new members. Anyone who has NSAC membership can easily participate in any NSAC events and activities (payable or non-payable) through this membership and avoid the fee payable of repeated contests.
